You are bidding on an Antique Bible, date 1848, the cover is an embossed leather; the Family Record pages does have family geneology. This Bible measaures about 13-1/2" Height x 11" Wide x 3-1/2" Thick. This bible overall is in good condition - some of the pages may have minor tears on the edges (but nothing major), there is some light browning and small light minor age spots on some pages. The cover shows wear (Photo #1 shows the front & Photo #2 shows the back cover). The previous owner put tape on the side seam of the top of the cover (but this side is still connect to the top cover). The bottom side seam is torn away from the bottom of the cover, but the binding under this side cover is still intact. The first 8 pages are not bound to the cover, but all other pages are still bound to the cover. On the inside cover page it states: The Holy Bible containing the Old and New Testaments, translated out of the original tongues, and with the former translations dilige! ntly compared and revised.
