This is what I have from the census. In 1870, Nemencia is living with her father in Lawrence County Al with her children. She did not have a George W. or Silas 11 in the 1860 cenus. They were the children of another Silas in WInston County and many researchers get the two lines confused. In 1880 SIlas III is living with his wife MAry, his , Joseph ELkins. His age consistly shows as being born in 1852---until in the 1900's.
