Hi Terri Turner Alot of the Samuel and Rosanna Cobb Garrison children were in Wayne County, Missouri. Sam Sr. is the brother to my Azariah Garrison....who took his family to Wayne County, MIssouri.... Sherrie Plummer Stafford
Marti: The Sheridan and Poole families are related to the Garrisons through Jedidiah and his children. I believe that some of the Pooles originally spelled their namePettypool/Pettipool/Pettipoole, etc. and may have originally been in North and South Carolina about the same time as Jedidiah and his clan. I'm at work now so don't have my info with me but would be happy to share what I have with you. It would be interesting to know if there is a connection to the 2 Poole families. Hi, The article beginning in the July 1993 NYG&BRecord, Vol. 124, pp.135-143 and concluding in the Oct. 1993 (Vol. 124) pp. 201-203, Titled "The Garrison-Gerritsen and Segers Descendants of Gerrit Segers" gives info on Lambert and his family. He was probably Dutch. His first wife and the mother of his children was Susanna Morgan who d after 1706-08. By 1715 Lambert had m the widow Mary Brittain -- thus the two wives names. Phyllis

[email protected] I have Nicholas Garrison b 1702 Staten Island NY who's father may have been Lambert Garrison...i am guessing Lambert was from Holland cause Nicholas went there in 1844 or so for 7 years, before returning to Bethelhem, Staten Island area where he died in Sept 24, 1781. He had children John Lambert, Nicholas, Isaac and Benjamin...Catherine and others from first wife Susanna Morgan, and later married Mary Ann Brandt who lived until 1799....Other info from " Annals of Staten Island," by Clute....(Lambert Garrison was Sherrif of Staten Island in 1700 so would have been there when Nicholas was born...I believe Lambert had a brother named Seger....v.g. rootsweb.com wrote: > ATTACHMENT part 1 message/rfc822 GARRISON-D Digest Volume 04 : Issue 94 Today's Topics: #1 Lambert and Garrison Origin [[email protected]] Administrivia: To unsubscribe from GARRISON-D, send a message to: [email protected] that contains the word: unsubscribe in the body and no other text.
