Her husband John Vanetten died 06 February 1915 and is burried in Levenworth National Cemetery, Levenworth, Kansas. Their children were: Alice, Ethel, Fred, Seymore, Edward A. Ida May, Ina Frances, Hiney, Walter and Dail. Their daughter, Ina Frances Vanetten married Edward A. "Ed" Waddell on 19 April 1893 in Macon County, Missouri. She is my gg grandmother and have not been able to find anything on her family for several years. She is my brick Wall. Any help with this family will really be appreciated. I'm trying to find the parents of James GARRISON of Alexandria Twp, Hunterdon Co, NJ, born in 1767/1768. Does anyone here have any info? What I know follows ... James Garrison was born in February of 1767 or 1768, probably in New Jersey. He lived most of his life in Alexandria Twp, Hunterdon County, New Jersey. James married Dinah/Dianna ROBINS (born 9 October 1772 in NJ, daughter of Isaac & Susannah ROBINS). James and Dinah were married in about 1790, probably in New Jersey. In her father's will, Dinah was left a farm and land in Alexandria Township, Hunterdon County. She resided there from at least 1793 until her death in 1857. It's doubtful but possible that James and Dinah ran a tavern called "Old Hickory" which was located about one mile south of where their home was. James died in December of 1825 and was buried on the land left to Dinah by her father. In 1850 her son, John, and his wife were residing with Dinah. In 1850 Dinah's real estate was valued at $1,000. Dinah died on May 31, 1857 and was buried next to her husband. Their place of burial is located in Bethlehem Township about two miles southwest of Bloomsbury and about 1/10 mile from Alexandria Township where their farmhouse was located. Their farmland encompassed portions of Alexandria Township, Bethlehem Township, and possibly Union Township. In Dinah's will she didn't leave anything to her son, John, or her daughter, Susan, stating that she had already helped them enough. Dinah left all her lands to her daughter, Sarah Ann. Her will is dated April 28, 1857. Children of James & Dinah: i. John. ii. Susan. iii. Isaac. iv. Elizabeth. v. Rachael. vi. William. vii. Sarah Ann. viii. Rebecca. -- Marshall Lake -- [email protected] -- http://mlake.net

Okay, Joey, I have gone around and around and cannot get to any useful Information re the Garrison Book access. What secret code does one have to use? It keeps sending me to free trials which I cannot use because I already have access to that information. But I cannot gain access because it sends me again to the free trials. Daphne N. Hi, Susanna was b c 1662. daughter of Charles Morgan and his second wife, Catalyntje Huyberts (KCo.211;MDC 18). Since my husband was a descendant of Edward Morgan, I am quite familiar with the line and have to say that I do not think there was any connection with Charles Morgan unless it was earlier in Wales. Stewart Baldwin did an excellent article on the Edward Morgan family which appeared in The Genealogist Spring 2001,Vol.15 beginning on p. 104 Phyllis
hello, Was William D Garrison married to Nancy Pemberton. Of course, I dont have much more than that. Phyllis--Regarding Lambert's wife Susannah MORGAN. Do you know if Susannah is from the same Morgan family as Sarah Morgan (ca 1700-1777) dau of Edward Morgan of Wales and mother of Daniel Boone? Hi Joe. I hear you. Soon my children and/or grandchildren will have to worry about it. If we ever move to a smaller place there will have to be room for my genealogy, photos and quilting. I would hate to give up the piano and the garden but. . . Speaking of photos . . . how do you save and send photos? Sometimes they go through and other times they go into hiding or something. I have B&Ws of my William and Ellen; William Mahlon & Lelah & family; My Dad & Mom and our families that I want to send to some on the Garrison list. I have Corel Photo, Adobe, and another photo-related program within Windows.
