    3. My line is from that same line.But I can prove my connection. My last Item I can prove is James Chesley Garrison born 1807 and married to Rebecca Martin the daughter of Jonathan Martin, He had brothers Will 1805 and Arthur born in Kentucky 1804. James Chesley used the name of Chesley and was in the 1830 Census of Shelby Co, Illinois Chesley , His brothers and Jonathan Martin were in Hardin Co Tenn in 1840 Chesley showed up in Drew Ark by 1860.     3. Perhaps you could help me. I am looking for a James Chesley Garrison borh 1807. He was in Shelby Co Ill for 1830 Census. Married to Rebecca Martin the daughter of Jonathan Martin They were all 1n Hardin County. Tenn for 1840 Census. They all eventualy ended up in Ark by 1850 and 1860. James Chesley used the name of Chesley. He had a sister I do not know her name who Married Nathan Alexander Phillips they were in Hardin Co, Tenn I do not have a listing for 1850. but the Phillips children were in Calhoun Co, Ark by 1850 They intermarried with the MxCann, Fenton and Sheppard families.     3. I have Iona Garrison as the daughter of James Garrison b1845 and Lumira Williams b1850. One of eight children. James was the son of Seman Garrison b1820 and Sylvania Barnes b 1828. Seman Garrison was the son of David Garrison b1792 (my 3thG grandfather) and Elizabeth Taylor b 1796. David was the son of James Garrison b 1741 or 1747 and Hester Roberts b 1757. On my mother's side alone she has 2 Garrison Ggrandfathers and they are brothers. One was Isaac Garrison and the other was Sam Garrison Jr. They were sons of Samuel Garrison and Martha Conley. And Grandsons of James Garrison and Hester Anne Roberts. James father was Isaac De Garrisson from Montauban, France.
