Cousins: For those of you who still aren't on our Garrard@smartgroups.com I am most sorry to report the death of my first cousin, Dewayne Beaver "Ozzie" Osborne. I was at the hospital with my husband when my mother called. Our daughter answered the phone. Dewayne lived in Tyler, Texas. He was born in Verden,Grady County, Oklahoma on 18 March 1931. He is the first of my first cousins to leave us.
