We now know that his birth father is Mr G Moss (which is stated on court records for child maintenance). My father was born in 1944, his name was John Montgomery Garrard, my nan's name was Tamar Garrard. Mr G Moss and my nan met during the war at Saighton Army Camp, Chester UK. Mr Moss was a Civilian and my Nan was ATS. Please if anyone knew them or have any information it would be fantastic for my dad to know where he came from. Thankyou
