I have been thinking it might be a big help to each other to use a family line I D code of where we come from in the Garrard Line. Do to the repeat of names I feel we need two levels, Wm. Garrard's, B. abt 1713 Listed as Col. and James Garrard's B. 1748 Listed as Governor. Members from Col. William Garrard would code Col. Daniel, (James's would list under Gov. code), Col. Mary Ann, Col. William, Col. would also code Elizabeth, Henry, Robert, and Eleanor if any went on to live to marry. Governor James Garrard's group would be coded Gov. Wm, Mountjoy, Gov. James Douglas, Gov. Mary Ann, Gov. John Mountjoy, Gov. Daniel, Gov. Elizabeth Mountjoy, Gov. Anne Eleanor, Gov. Margaret, and Gov. Maria. The other three childern died young.
