The only info I have found in my filing cabinet is on a Joseph ? A. Garrard. The 1860 censes of Todd County, had him living in Elkton at 41 years of age (making him born abt. 1819), and married to a M. A. Garrard, age 34 (born abt. 1826), children: J. D. male, age 12, (born abt. 1848) G. R. male, age 11, (1849), A. M. female, age 9 (1851), C. G. male, age 6, (1954), M. E. female, 1, (1859). I hope it helps. Terry Lee Garrard Sr.
