    1. [GARRARD] Sherry sorry to see your still look for Gray
    2. Sherry, Long time no see. Sherry I hate to say it but the least traced line of Governor James Garrard four sons was John Mountjoy Garrard's in the 1898 family book. As I think I told you I have one of the original 1898 books and copied the 1962 positcript that only deals with the early Va. roots. (Dana Strong, the book will not help Sherry) Anne des Cognets edited the 1898 book to only say positive things on the families. The bad part is most of the new information on John Mountjoy Garrard's family has been found by me (Terry in Cincinnati) and my cousin Terry in Florida. The second bad part that there are only about 4 of us from John Mountjoy Garrard's line, online researching JMG's tree. The other thing that has stumped me is of the Governor's 9 children that married, 65% of the online researchers are from son Daniel with the blackest past. LOL Terry Lee Garrard, Sr. Cinti.

    1. [GARRARD] Tell me the dirt on Daniel, Terry

    3. Dear Talkin Ter, Cousin, you never let me know that Old Danny was a scoundrel. I sent you his Chronology but not much in there makes him one with the "blackest past". I love learning about the scoundrels in my ancestor gene pool and some of Dan's descendants can qualify - some closer to my own generation, even. So, please share anything about Daniel that you know that I haven't included in the chronology. Thanks. Sue Rydberg Canavan in Santa Rosa. ----- Original Message ----- From: <TalkingTer@aol.com> To: <GARRARD-L@rootsweb.com> Sent: Wednesday, July 23, 2003 12:01 AM Subject: [GARRARD] Sherry sorry to see your still look for Gray > Sherry, Long time no see.
