Terrie, I will answer for Wilma, she is my grandmother. I have not found any Baxter's in the line. But do know that a preacher/Doctor Baxter was in the area and seemed to be a big friend of the family so Wilma got his surname as a remembrance to him and his lines. Hope this helps.
