When I got a copy of it I immediately thought about my Garrard and Maupin cousins since both old couples got here around the same time from France. --- Jill A Davidson <jilladavidson@juno.com> wrote: > Dear Sandi: > > Thanks for letting us know about that website! Surnames: Garrard Olley Webb Classification: Query Message Board URL: http://boards.ancestry.com/mbexec/msg/rw/FEY.2ACEB/191 Message Board Post: I am trying to find information about George Garrard b 1850 in London, England. His parents were Thomas Collins Garrard and Eleanor Olley. He was married to Lily ?? who died at the birth of their son Charles Garrard. This would have been during the mid to late 1880's. I understand George left England soon after and went to live in America leaving his son Charles with his sister Sarah Garrard.
Damn Sandi I didn't see you were using the Garrard Web site. Well family enjoy it. But to all, it is copyrighted in Washington so don't tried and do anything but read it and talk about it or the same applies to you by law. Terry Lee Garrard Sr.
Dear Sandi, The script is not PC at all. Sandi I hate to say it but Jeff Foxworth would probably call me a Red Neck. LOL I just wanted T.T. and Daniel to have tension over the slavery issue to make the stories have more bite about them bickering over the issue. Ter
Hi Terry: I am not a polically correct person! That stuff has caused a lot of problems in our country and others and split up the races! When it gets to the point that calling a blackboard is offensive to black people, I want to scream! Make the blackboards all purple and use green chalk! I don't think we have any purple or green people. Anyway, be sure to let all know that you are not telling the true history, that's it's your own version of what did happen. Again, I prefer what really happened, no matter who it might offend. Even our history books in school don't tell the truth and it gets worse anymore. That's sad.
