I'm looking for info on Mrs. K. E. Laird of Augusta, Ga. In the following obit, she was listed as a step daughter of John Lamb. His second wife was Ola Coleman Lamb. I am assuming Coleman was her married name as she had also been married before. The obit was from Emanuel County, Ga., 1966. The Forest Blade 6/8/1966 Funeral services for John W. Lamb, 77, of Swainsboro were held Monday at 3 p.m. from Pentecostal Holiness Church. The Rev. Ernest Bishop and the Rev. Robert T. Sorrow officated. Burial was in Lamb Chapel Cemetery. He died Saturday in the VA Hospital, Augusta, after an extended illness. Pallbearers were George Moxley, George Edward Mosely, Frank Lamb, George Edward Scott and Bruce Anderson and Jack Lamb. Survivors are his widow, Mrs. Ola Coleman Lamb of Swainsboro; four sons, Leon Lamb of Columbia, S.C., Lewis Lamb of Wadley, Emmett Lamb of Swainsboro and Billy Lamb of LaGrange; three step-daughters, *Mrs. B. G. Moxley of Augusta, Mrs. K. E. Laird of Augusta and Mrs. Roy Scott, Reidsville; Bro. Mark Lamb, Wadley; sisters; Mrs. Sallie Covenah, Mrs. Maude Youngblood, Mrs. Polly Kemp, all of Port Wentworth (*Note: Mrs.B. G. Moxley was Frankie Mae Covenah. She was the daughter of John Lamb's first wife, Alice Cannady Covenah Lamb. Alice died in 1928.) Thanks in advance, Claudia
