Opened a drug store on upper Broad. Born 1847, died Jan. 1916 in Augusta. Buried in the "city" cemetary. Assume that is Magnolia. Have not been able to confirm burial of Osmond or his much younger wife Mary J. ?, born 1870 in MD. Taking it from 1900 census that they were married in 1886. I meant to include the link to Magnolia Cemetery graveside search. They are in the process of recording all known graves online. Several volunteers are helping out with the transcriptions. It will take several years to get them all online. I tried searching for Osmund Clarke and couldn't find a listing but that doesn't mean anything at this point in the transcription process. Here is the link for those who might like to check it out. If you are local, you might want to go by the cemetery and talk to Jerry Murphy to see if he is buried there. If you are not local. I could run by next week and check for you. Let me know. _Trees & Landscaping - Graveside Search_ (http://www.augustaga.gov/departments/trees_landscaping/graveside_default.asp) Yvonne
