    3. Hi everyone, I hope this is not an inappropriate post, but it might be of interest to many on this list. Clearfield Company (which is connected to the Genealogical Publishing Company) has just reprinted "Records of Richmond County, Georgia, formerly Saint Paul's Parish" by Grace Gillam Davidson. It is vol. II of the series "Historical Collections of the Georgia Chapter DAR". It includes wills, deeds, marriages and more. I saw it a long time ago at a library and found a lot of useful data on my late 1700s-mid 1800s Augusta lines. The family sailed to Savannah, Georgia, between 1820-1850. They were from Ireland and are listed in the 1850 census for Augusta, Georgia. Tom's occupation was listed as cooper. The road from Jones County, Georgia, to Augusta, was well travelled and my great grandfather, Thomas William Duffy, Jr., who is mentioned in the "History of Jones County, Georgia, 1807-1907, " by Carolyn White Williams, with index by Margaret Heard Stephens, twice served as state representative. He married Ida Warren Mitchell Duffy, descendant of Henry Mitchell, Revolutionary Soldier, Sarah Maderias Mitchell, of Jones County, Georgia. Can you send it, Duffys?
