Hello Group, Help! I have been researching my Gardners trying to figure out which New England Family we fit into. My Francis b. 1776 CT m. Susanna b. NY (both d. Elkhart Co. IN 1850) had children: Joseph b. NY 1814 m Caroline Frances McGath in Pickaway Co., OH (my ancestor); Stephen b. PA about 1802/03 d. Elkhart Co., IN; Frances b 1800/1810 in NY (d. abt 1835/39 probably in Athens Co., OH); Henry b. abt 1813 in NY. The other children of Francis are: Tony or Anthony, Helen, Hannah, Phebe, Susan, Thomas, Francis, Elias, Han, and Hannah. These are all names used in the Nantucket group.
