Hello List, I have a Richard L. Gardner, B. 2 Aug. 1905 Volney Oswego, NY, d. 29 Jan. 1976 Las Vegas, Nv. In the 1920's and 30's he lived in Cleveland, Ohio where surviving relatives live. I have been unable to contact any of Richards relatives. What I would like to obtain is a picture of Richard, no other contacts are necessary.
