Hello, I'm trying to find out where Alfred Dockins moved to Rabun Co from. All I know is that he was from NC and was born in 1800 and was still alive at the time of the 1880 Rabun census. The Rabun County Courthouse won't give me land rec info over telphone. Any ideas how to link him to North Carolina? Thanks, Walter
