    3. Hello all. I hope you are all looking forward to a great holiday season. We are back in beautiful Rabun County GA, where we will be living for the next year at least, and are looking forward to spending time with family and friends. To everyone who has written me over the past few months but not received a reply: please write me again. My computer's motherboard broke during our move and I have not been able to check my e-mail. Consequently, I lost all e-mail that was sent to me before November 1st. I do not know when I will have my computer back, but my sister has generously offered me the use of hers until mine is fixed. If anyone wrote to me before that with a question about genealogy, please write again at booleygirl@hotmail.com. I apologize to each of you for this error. The good news is that while my computer has been down and I've had free time on my hands, I have been indexing the 1900 census of Rabun County to put online. Boy, that's a rough one! The bottom of each page of the townships of Clayton, Stonepile and the Town of Clayton are blurred and really, really hard to read, and in another district (Chechero, I think) the surnames of each family were written over, which will make them hard to read as well. Speaking of censuses...the man who transcribed and published all the early censuses of Rabun County (John Coleman, I think???) has started publishing transcriptions of certain townships of the 1920 census of Rabun County. I can't remember which ones he has already published, but if anyone is interested in purchasing those booklets, just let me know and I will try to get a current address for you. I hope each of you has a Happy Thanksgiving and a Merry Christmas.
