Alfred Columbus KISER (b. abt 1830, NC) appeared in the 1870 Paulding Co., GA census along with his wife Cynthia (b. abt 1834, GA) and a yard-full of kids. (He was incorrectly identified as Albert) From there, they migrated to NW AL where we live now. I'm asking for help in locating more info. on Alfred and Cynthia. I belive her surname to be HOOPER. I need someone to check Polk Co. for their marriage record and a HOOPER will naming Alfred Columbus Kiser and/or Cynthia. I have already checked Paulding for these records. Thanks for the help.
