Hi Georgia Folks, I am looking for any and all info I can find on the Valley Grove Baptist Church which is located near Cedartown.MY G.G.Grandfather GEORGE WASHINGTON LESTER was a founding member of the church and probably delivered the first sermon as he was a minister.His daughter ELIZABETH LESTER married my G.Grandfather ELIJAH KNIGHT and they were also members off and on of the church.I am told that my G.G.Grandfather LESTER and my G.Grandmother ELIZABETH KNIGHT are buried in unmarked graves in the cemetery next to the church.Does anyone have access to the church records and history.I would be glad to pay any copying and postage cost and would be glad to share any info with others.Thanks in advance for any help.
