March 18, 1999 I found a record in the Florida State Archives of a James MCCARRA of Polk County Georgia, 1933 who made an application for a CSA veterans pension. I am curious to know if there is anyone who knows of any other MCCARRAs past or present in Polk County, Georgia and if there is any information on when they first arrived in the United States.
