Did you volunteer to survey one of the cemeteries in Polk County? Have you finished the survey, but have not turned it in? Maybe the weather has been too hot or you had other problems and could not get the survey(s) done. Then please let us know where you stand with the survey(s). We need to get them all in as soon as possible so they can be typed and verified. If you have not volunteered, but would like to help with the surveys, we still have several cemeteries that have not been assigned.
