I think Carroll county was made up from part of Paulding County or maybe it was Polk. I am not sure. But, it is possible if it still exist and may not be in the same county it was originally. From my one trip to Georgia I think there is a pumpkinvine cemetery near Dallas, which is Paulding County. Some family members looked up the cemetery and you have to walk across a pasture then through a creek to get to the cemetery.
