I am looking for information on Andrew Scott born 1856 in Georgia the son of Joel and Vesta Scott. In 1860 & 1870 Census, he was living with his parents, but in 1880 Census he was living with his Uncle John Smith, Carrie Scott ( unsure if this is his sister), & John MCarley in Rockmart, Polk County, Ga.
