Looking for any info on the African-american Neal families from Concord, in Pike Co. James and Louisa born 1825 & 1845 had 7 children in the 1880 census: Walter C. (Clifford), Willie (Will or William), James, Barbara, Allie, Bessie, and John H. I know that my grandfather Willie married Ellen Milner from Concord and moved to Cave Spring, GA where she died young and Willie then married my grandmother.
