Pike County Times-Journal Zebulon, GA., Friday May 11, 1906 Mr. Oscar Stegar Dies Mr. Oscar Stegar died of pneumonia at his home about three miles north of Zebulon last Friday morning. He was married to Miss Emma Rucker about the year 1886, she dying a few years ago. He is survived by six children, the oldest being a son of eighteen, his mother and a brother, F.W. Stegar. He was a good father, neighbor and citizen and will be greatly missed in his community. He was buried Saturday morning at Finchers church. A funeral service was conducted at the grave by Rev. F.W.
