Dear Fellow Pike Co Researchers -- I spotted a name in the research list provided by Billie Ford that might be a match to information I have. This is Billie's reply to me from the e-mail I sent and below that is the e-mail I sent her. Does any one have EASY access to the 1860, 1870, &/or 1880 census to try to confirm who Pernelia "Neely" Borders parents are? I believe them to be Peyton Flournoy Borders and Elizabeth E.
