I am seeking information on Tramel/Trammel families that lived in Pike County Georgia beginning in 1830, some moved away around 1860, some remained in the area. Also I need someone who lives in Pike county to do a look up for me. I have been told there is a will for Mary Ballard, in Will Bood C: signed 1 August 1851, probated 3 November 1857, the person that told me of this will says she (Mary Ballard0)was wife of A.B. Trammel & had a daughter Jane., but I believe Jane was the wife of A.B. Trammel and Mary Ballard was her mother.
