First I resign my body to the grave and my Spirit to God 2nd It is my will that there shall be a sale of all my perishable property such as stock house hold and kitchen furniture which sale I wish attended by my Executor herein after named and sold as he may think best and after all my just debts are paid out of the proceeds of said sale it is my will that the residue of money derived therefrom shall be equally divided as follows there being two children & the heirs of my daughter Elizabeth Miles, it is my will that that they shall have one sixth of the proceeds of the above named sale. It is further my will that the children of my daughter Nancy Wildon [?] shall have one sixth of the proceeds of the sale above named to be equally divided among them. It is further my will that my son William shall have one sixth part of the proceeds arising from the sale above named. It is my will that my son in Law John Coats shall have one sixth of the proceeds arising from my sale as above named, it is further my will that my Son in Law Matthew Coggin shall have one sixth part of the proceeds arising from the sale above named It is further my will that my Son John shall have one sixth of the proceeds arising from the sale above named. It is further my will that as my son in Law Wilson Coats and his wife who is my daughter Susan Coats have taken upon themselves to stay with and take care of myself and my wife in our declining years that he my son in Law Wilson Coats shall have my largest chest and largest pot and largest oven the residue of my house hold and kitchen furniture sold and disposed of as above named. It is also my will that my Son in Law Wilson Coats as aforesaid shall have all my lands together with the appurtenance thereunto belonging to use and dispose of ass he may think best after my death and the death of my wife. It is further my will that Thom. C. Trice should be Executor to this my last will and Testament In witness to all of the aforesaid will and Testament I John Pryor hereunto set my hand and affix my seal in [ _ ] the day and year above written John Pryor his mark H. Embry Georgia Pike County I Enoch Embry do solemnly swear that I saw John Pryor [ _ ] (by making his mark) sign seal publish and declare this writing to be and contain his will and at the time thereof he was of sound disposing mind and memory and that he did it freely and without compulsion to the best of my knowledge and that I saw H.
