    3. Valerie, I have Bricy first marrying Mary C. Carreker Sept. 28, 1871 in Meriwether Co. Bricy & Mary are shown in the 1880 Pike Co., Dist. 534, 1880 census with three children, James C., Mary A., and Emmett. His name is spelled Owen in the Merriwether County Marriage index, but is spelled Owens in the 1880 census. Mary's father, James Love Carreker and her step-mother Sarah E.
