    3. The Pike County Journal. Zebulon, Pike Co., Ga., Friday February 22, 1895 Rawls - Ford Nuptials Mr. A.H. Rawls of Harralson, Coweta county, was married last Wednesday morning to Miss Myrtie Ford of this place. The marriage occurred at the home of the bride’s parents on Jackson street, and was witnessed by a large number of the friends of the contracting parties. The ceremony was performed by Rev. S.R. England of Athens and was quite impressive. The bridegroom is a former resident of this county and bears an enviable reputation among the people who have known him. The bride is one of Zebulon’s prettiest and most accomplished young ladies. She has a vast number of friends and admirers who wish her the happiness and prosperity she so richly deserves. The bridal party left in the afternoon for their home in Harralson. The Journal extends best wishes. (Transcribed 11/2/02 Lynn Cunningham)
