Honestly as time goes by we will need to have a GAPIKE site family reunion since we will all be related some way or the other........so interesting. My grandmother was Lilla Inez Chappell married to Robert Clark Crawford. Inez's parents: William Thomas Chappell and Laura Brown. W.T.'s parents: James Benjamin Chappell and Sarah Elizabeth Pennington,(my ggggrand) I am going Sarah's fathers line: Henry Allen Pennington...now his Mother was Mary Elizabeth Coggin and her Father was John Coggin,(my 6th-grand)and I think Valerie's husbands 5th-great grandfather. Pat, you have said that Sarah Elizabeth is your grandfather's sister,(I believe this is correct)? My question to Valerie is who is this John Coggin. Is he the John Silas? or another John?? Pat, you and Valerie are the experts on these lines. I would love whatever you will share and others will also.
