Pike County, Journal Zebulon, GA., Friday, January 9, 1891 Mr. W.R. Hollon, formerly of this county, but now of Waco, Texas, is on a visit to friends and relatives in Pike. He is a son of Rudolph Hollon, who owned the lands on which the town of Hollonville is now located and which town bears his name. Mr. Hollon has been in Texas twenty years and we gather from conversation with him that he is doing well in the “Lone Star State.” Then his appearance indicates as much.
