Pike County, Journal Zebulon, GA., Tuesday, September 17, 1889 Mr. Larkin Pitts and his three grandchildren are very low with typhoid fever. They are in very pressing circumstances and their neighbors in the upper edge of the Second district need help in the way of money to give them the attention deserved. Mr. W.W. Pitts and Elizabeth Ray. He was married to Phoebe Russell. Their daughter Susan, who is living with them in 1880, died before 1900.
