Marsha, Before I posted this, I looked through the cemetery records and the 1880 census and did not find her. I will do some more investigating. There is a short item in another newspaper (on microfilm) about a Mr. Blount, but the side was torn away and from the that is readable, he must have been a congressional delegate to the Democratic convention.
