Becky, I have come across the reference to Jordan's Store several times in this time period (1890's). There was a Jordan's store in Molena. It was built by H.G. Jordan and remained in business under that name until WWI. The Lizzie Mitchell history book (in reference to some early settlers of the Molena district) states that "from Monroe County came John Jordan, father of Henry and Max Jordan. This is all I have been able to find. Is your Lovick Pierce Jordan related to this family?
