Not really...according to a deed in Upson Co GA, he was in Jasper Co before Upson...but, I don't find any documents there for him. He lived and died in Pike Co for the most part. I'm pretty certain he was from VA, born c1797, and that some of those other SMITH's around him were related, possibly brothers...but, nothing with any certainty...I find it hard to believe that a previous judge did not leave a will for me to find. I'm really not even sure where he's buried...I think its Ebenezer Church on Hwy 109/18 in now Lamar Co. What SMITH's are you after?
