    3. Hi Arthur, I remembered that you weren't completely comfortable with this being John and Nancy's Rebecca. I have gone back and forth a couple of times, but now believe that she was their daughter. The Greene family notes appear to be written by third generation family so a lot was written from memory. The only other cemetery record for a Rebecca Greene in Pike is Hartford's daughter who died in 1901. Her birth year (1823) is right for Rebecca. Her oldest daughter is named Alethea - the same name as one of her sisters, and she has a son named Henry - the same as her brother. She and Frederick moved to Randolph County, Alabama as did her brother Henry Jonah Green. Kent Jones, who originally asked for the information, is sending me his research from Alabama. Maybe his work will shed some light on our questions. It's good to hear from you.
