    1. [GAPIKE] roll call - Dorsey, Ellis, Anderson
    2. Mike Webb
    3. I just learned that Sarah Dorsey was indeed the mother of James. W. (my 3rd gr.grandfather), William C., Joseph O., & Margaret Ann who married John Bottoms of Fayette County. I strongly suspect her husband was Thomas B. who shows up on land records as living on the same land as Sarah before her death. (Am I making sense?) Sarah is in the 1870 census, living with her widowed daughter Margaret. Any help out there? __________ Information from ESET NOD32 Antivirus, version of virus signature database 5059 (20100425) __________ The message was checked by ESET NOD32 Antivirus. http://www.eset.com

    2. LARRY CHILDERS
    3. 10 April 2010 Good morning Lynn. Yes they are. Wiley Thomas Childers was a brother to my great granddaddy - William J. Childers. I had most of the names you gave - however there were a few names I did not have, primarly with the Brown Families. One correction - Wiley was born in Pike County (as well as his seven known siblings). He was the first child born to James Jackson and Elisabeth A (Bragg) Childers. Wiley was named after both his grandfathers - Wiley Childers and Thomas Bragg.. Wiley Thomas and Nancy Ann Clemetine (Tate) are buried in the Milner Baptist Church Cemetery. Thank you for the information. I will incorporate it into our family lineage. Now if I could only get back upstream past Wiley and Henry Childers - brothers who were on the 1830 Pike County Census. I have jumped over the 'wall' via DNA, however It would be nice to have a paper trail. Have a good day. Larry Childers The Son. The Son. Whoever takes the Son gets everything.
