Just wanted to let everyone know that we have a new looker upper, Mrs. LaGroon Redmond has graciously volunteered to do lookups for the Paulding Website. Please go to the Paulding page and you will find her under the Historical Society. Also, note the GenConnect Boards are up and running, so post some queries.... Also, hopefully this week we will have up the new Historical Society page with lots of pictures and information. I am still looking for more marriages, census records, etc. to post to the board. I have had some generously donated, that I have not yet had time to go to the courthouse to verify (as requested by the donor). Hopefully soon I will be able to take a day off from my real job and do so. Email me with any comments, suggestions or questions you may have. I also want to thank all of you who have so generously donated marriages, and I hope that you find your connections. I have my husband working on the civil war commemorative plaques, and hopefully we will have some of those up soon! They all tell a history in themselves, also, we will be posting pictures of our trip over to Pickett's mill. PS .. If you have not submitted your documentaries for the HERITAGE BOOK, please get those together soon, because time is running out. Note also that LaGroon is in charge of the heritage book. Sorry for the long email, and happy rutn'. Brenda Pierce PSS -- Thanks Scott for hosting this list, it is a happy median for us looking for the lost in Paulding County, and you are a great list manager.
