She was visiting a neighbor who was sick and it is supposed she had la[i]d down to rest awhile before day. How the fatal accident occurred is not known, as we understand there was no one in the room at the time.>> Northern Liberties was a development north of downtown Columbus. Perhaps Henrietta is the same as the head of the following household on the 1880 census of Nances District, Muscogee Co, GA, p. 495C: Henrietta WALKER/head/widow/Black/60/b. VA/wash and iron Frank WALKER/son/[blank]/Black/19/b. GA/laborer Ella WALKER/dau./single/Black/22/b. GA/house servant Mary WALKER/dau./single/Black/25/b.
