SPANN, died at their residence, No. 2133 Second avenue, at 9:30 o'clock Wednesday night, after a long illness of consumption. Besides her husband, she is survived by two children, Miss Latressie SPANN of Milledgeville, Ga., and Mr. Hermon H. SPANN of this city. Mrs. SPANN was a member of the Methodist church. She also leaves two brothers, Messrs. W. I. and George PHILLIPS, of this city, and one sister, Mrs. Fannie GRIMES of Harris county. The funeral takes place from the house at 9 o'clock this morning, conducted by Rev. E. D. PHILLLIPS. I have family at Double Church Cemetery.
