P. SAPP, at the corner of Tenth street and Fifth avenue, at 9 o’clock yesterday morning. Rev. A. M. WYNN officiated in a very impressive manner. The interment was in Linwood cemetery. The following genlemen acted as pall bearers: Messrs. W. H. GLASE [?], T. A. COLEMAN, Marhal CLARKE and A. B. DANIEL.” The “Columbus (GA) Enquirer-Sun” newspaper, Wednesday, 13 SEP 1899.
