"Callie Emory, the two year and five month old daughter of Mr. and Mrs. W. R. JEFFRIES, died at their residence on Northwest street, between Eighteenth and Nineteenth streets, at 3:30 o'clock yesterday afternoon after a protracted illness. The funeral will take place at Clapp's Factory at 10:30 o'clock this morning. The interment will be at the same place." - from the Columbus, GA, Daily Enquirer-Sun, Saturday morning, 09 SEP 1899.
