Does anyone remember Joe Jones who sold Mobile Homes in the 1940s and 1950s? He was one of the oldest Mobile Homes Dealership in Georgia. One of my relatives was married to Janie Jones Baxter( Birmingham, Alabama) and in her obit was listed Joe Jones of Columbus, Georgia. Birmingham was listed also in the obit. Janie Jones Baxter was Post Mistress of Vinegar Bend, Alabama during the 1940s. Her husband Shep Baxter was killed in a Car accident in 1957 and she died several years later.
