Jack, you might check out Polk County, Tennessee since Bradley county is next door.. The copper mines in Copper Hill drew a lot of people from other places. There is a site for Polk County about the deaths. How they died or what illness killed them. A lot of the workers there came from Fannin County. Hope this helps.
