Dear Elaine: Hi from California. I noted in your response to the heritage note that you are related to Van Pelts. My mother has Van Zandts in her line and at least one of them married a Van Pelt as a second marriage. Van Zandts also were in 1600s Dutch settlement of present day New York. Judi
