    3. The Jackson Cemetery Located in the Doolittle District on Jenkins Road in Murray County. (Near Chatsworth) Line 1 Sallie Jackson 1820-1900 (Sally F. Jackson - birth 5 August 1820) Lucy Jackson 1800-1887 (Lucy White Morris Jackson - birth 18 December 1800) William Jackson 1798-1872 (Born 25 December 1798, died 13 June 1872 in Murray County. Married Lucy White Morris 11 November 1819) Line 2 Benjamin Jackson 1845-1863 (born 25 February 1845 ..I have his name as Benjamin Floyd and that he never married. Death was 21 Sept. 1863 at Battle of Chickamauga(???) I guess someone really gave me some misinformation. Please bring me up to date on this line) Thomas A. Jackson 1836-1869 (Born 1 October 1836, died 14 Mar. 1869 at Spring Place. Supposed to be buried in Jackson Cemetery. Do you have a marriage for him?) Infant of J.J. and L.A. McClure 1880-1880 (The McClure line comes in through Mary Ann Jackson who married Walter McClure. She is supposedly buried in Rabun County) Please correct any information that I have added above. I am trying to get as complete a story as I can on the Morris descendants. On the Military Roster for Co. B (Also known as Co. K) 39th Regt. - 'Jackson, B.F. --Private- March 10, 1862. Roll dated April 30, 1864, last on file, shows him "Absent, sick, sent to General Hospital at Jackson, Mississippi April 10 1863, he received monthly pay at Selma, Alabama No later record'. It sounds like he found his way back home and died there. -----Original Message----- From: PWesterfie@aol.com <PWesterfie@aol.com> To: GAMURRAY-L@rootsweb.com <GAMURRAY-L@rootsweb.com> Date: Tuesday, April 16, 2002 1:18 PM Subject: Re: [MURRAY] Morris $ Coffee >I need the list.
