Thank you for the list. I am not sure if that is my family. The military record for Benjamin is the same one I have, but there was another Benjamin around Dalton too. I think he was from a well known family in Dalton. Are you related to the Benjamin of the army record. He showed up again in North Carolina at the end of the war and surrendered there.
